Flow Bar, co-founded by celebrated Master-Mixologist, Ricky Paiva and owners of Restaurant JAG – chef Jeremy Gillon and Anant Tyagi, has been serving up a creatively spirited journey since August 2021. Initially conceptualised by Anant and Chef Jeremy as a series of year-long collaborations with like-minded bartenders, the partnership with Ricky was so successful that it led to a permanent foothold for Flow Bar.
With an infectious ensemble of Ricky’s vivacious hospitality, alluring cocktails, and Chef Jeremy’s indulgent bar bites, Flow Bar has become a third place for many. “It’s about going with the flow. I want my guests to feel welcome, relaxed, and comfortable,” said Ricky. His sense of warm hospitality is extended to his cocktail menu featuring a combination of timeless classics and progressive concoctions.
Inspired from different spaces of a home, Ricky opened the bar with a three-pillar drinks menu – Living Room, Garden, and Playground. Led by the concept of each pillar, cocktails from the Living Room offer comfort and familiarity. The Playground highlights fun and creative drinks, while the Garden features seasonal and refreshing concoctions. Office, the fourth pillar introduced in May this year, takes on a serious note with spirit-forward creations.
Chef Jeremy continues to instil Michelin fine dining panache in the bar snacks at Flow Bar. Combined with wholesome comforting flavours enlivened with exclusive Savoie herbs, Flow Bar’s dining repertoire presents seasonal signatures such as Salsify Tartlette and Celeriac Hummus. Other hearty favourites include Croque Monsieur and Pulled Pork Sandwich.
